Need help with identification

A home owner from Florida says:

Hey, I have part S385-24 in my cart. Can you make sure I have the correct part please. I also have some 2950 to get as well, they have the same ends. I know for a fact that the plastic piece on the bottom had the wings nipped off of them. I watched the last repair man nip them off with dykes. Thank you!

Jodi

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi Jody. Yes, these either look like Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from 'heel to toe'. For the Series 380, this measurement is 1" deep. For the Series 385, it is 1-3/32" deep. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For the 24" balances, you'll need a stamp option of 2330. For the 30" balances, you'll need a stamp option of 2950.
