Need help with identifying please

I have these that I would like to order. It's from just one window.
The window is 50" length and 32" high.
The metal balance without the plastic end clips is 30" long.

The combination of end attachments on your channel balance seems to match our S395-30. Take a look at the product specifications, as well as the chart under the product description that shows the spring strength option that you should choose based on the sash weight. Thank you!
