I'm afraid I don't know what you need. That code is associated with multiple different Truth products. It's not a product code or anything.

This is a photo identification service, so photos are necessary at minimum. Please remove the original operator from the window and show us a photo of it without obstruction and we can work from there.

If you only need a new cover and handle, see the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle or the 39-107FK folding handle/cover.

If the full crank operator mechanism is needed, we will need to see the part fully removed from the window or the window open where we can view the arms. With the window unlocked, you should be able to gently push open the sash to expose the arms. Thank you!
