Need help with ordering parts

Hello,

I have a condo where the bathroom window crank lo longer connects properly to close the window. One of the residents ordered parts from your company in the past, but I'm not sure what's needed for my situation. Please see the attached photos.

Can you please let me know what parts I need to order to fix my bathroom window, so the it can function properly.

Thanks for posting, Josh. I have linked the parts you showed us to this Discussion, and you can view them on the right side of this page. This hardware seems close to what you have in your window, but without more detailed information like dimensions, I cannot confirm. I recommend you carefully match our specs to your  hardware to confirm whether or not they match up.
