Need help with ordering spiral balance and necessary parts to intall

I believe the spiral balance is a blue tip and measure 31 1/2. The diameter is 5/8 with plastic cover. Without plastic cover is 3/8. Please advise.

Hello, thank you for posting,

With a 5/8" diameter, please see the Series 600 spiral balance. Please recheck the plastic tube length. These only come in full inches, not on the half inch. Let us know to move forward. Thank you!
