I need covers for wind out casement windows I do not know mfg.i will include photos hope to find 2left and 2right

We can't be sure without seeing the entire operator assembly but it looks like your base may be compatible with the 39-107 cover. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to see if it would fit your base. Thanks for posting!
