Need help with parts and process of balances and shoes

Thanks for posting. We should be able to help, but we will need more information. Please tell me the diameter of the outer tube for the balances you need. As for the shoes, I will need to know their width and thickness. I recommend removing the hardware from the window to ensure that your dimensions are as accurate as possible.
