Need help with replacement coil part

Need help with replacement coil for the right side of the window frame.
The window parts don't have any markings as to manufacturer part numbers.

Hello!

It looks like you may have the 15-111 that's designed to be used with the 1/2" Series 160 coil springs. Compare our dimensions with your old pivot shoe to see if this matches up.

Would this work for the right side of the window? Because after reviewing the video, which only shows the left side of the window, I'm questioning if the coil is the same for both sides. Our coil that needs replacing seems to become like a zig zag formed coil vs. all coiled.

Yes, these parts are non-handed so they will work on either side of the window without issue. The coil springs pictured here are just damaged and unwound which is why they look different from the ones in the video.

How do I know which sash coil weight I need to purchase?

There should be a stamped number on the band of the coil spring that indicates what coil weight option is needed. If there aren't any, weigh your sash on a scale and tell me the exact weight. I can calculate the appropriate coil weights from there.
