Need help with replacement hinge

Question

attached are four photos of a hinge in my kitchen cabinet, aligned with a tape measure to determine dimensions. I think these are about 19 years old. As with others that have posted on forums, the little white plastic thingy has broken/popped out and now the door does not close.

Need help in identifying a replacement hinge.
