Need help with replacement part for surface mount tilt latch

Question

I need a few surface mount tilt latches for windows that were installed 22 years ago. I can't find the right part... Lowes had one that is close (in the pic with the two of them side by the side .. my part is the beige one, Lowe's is the white one. I need that part without the two bumps on the side.. need the side edge to be flat. The box with the measurement from Lowe's is the pic with the package.

Take a look and see if you could use our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches in your window. I did notice that our measurements are very similar to yours. See what you think and let us know.
