Need help with replacing sliding patio door weatherstripping

Trying to help my grandparents replace the old weatherstripping in their sliding glass patios doors. Unfortunately there is no information on the manufacturer.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to make out accurate dimensions from photos. The width of the base looks like it may be 9/32" and the height could be around 5/32". I can't be sure but if that's the case, check out the 58-128. See if the specifications match up with yours!
