Need help with sliding door handle identification

Question

Hi, It has two latches that attach in the upper/lower holes in the wall side. Can anyone help me figure out what the part to purchase and if I can purchase one that has a key for the external side. The current one does nor have key opening access.
The outer handle ripped right off and now the inner handle is hanging on.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 82-086 keyed handle set with 3-15/16" hole center spacing. Review the specifications and see if they match up with your old hardware.

Please note that with damage to the handles like this, the rollers may need to be replaced. Have you had to use a lot of force when you open and close the door? You could also try inspecting and cleaning the track from any dirt or debris to see if that helps.
