Need help with the pivot hinge

It's tough the be sure with the hinges still installed but you can start by taking a look at the 79-123 and 79-131, along with the related videos. You would need to open the door to see if the installation holes of either of these hinges match up to yours. Also, see if there are any labels on your door stating the manufacturer. The 79-131 is used on YKK doors and the 79-123 is used on Kawneer commercial doors.
