It looks like you have a very old Capitol window balance. Our S372-25 appears to be a comparable match. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think. There should also be a stamped number on the metal channel that will indicate what stamp option is best for the replacements.

If there isn't a stamp, get back to us with the precise weight of the sash and we can go from there.
