Thanks for posting! Your channel balance can be replaced with the S770-33. This is assembled with a mounting screw way, which provides extra support for the screw. You'll need to select the 33C stamp.

Regarding the other hardware, I would need to see photos of the hardware installed in your particular window. It is likely you'll need the pivot shoe and the pivot bar but there are a few different options compatible with this balance.
