Need hinges

Hello, we have had Wellborn cabinets for 30 years and need new hinges. We are trying to find ones like attached picture. Could you please tell me if you have something that will fit in the same holes or refer me to someone who may be able to help me.

Can you use the 32-147 Hinges to replace these old hinges? Take a look and let me know what you think.
