Need hinges for American craftsman casement windows

We need hinges to replace the rusted out hinges on our American craftsman Home Depot casement windows. Where can we find these and exactly what model would they be to work on these windows, according to our hired expert, the operators work, but the hinges are the problem.

We don't carry an exact match for the hinge assembly shown in your photos but we do carry the 36-048 set, which should work for you as long as you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time. Thanks for posting!
