Need hinges for a Young Hinkle Chest

Question

I am in need of two hinges (pictured in attachment) for a chest of drawers purchased about 30-31 years ago. It is the same furniture used in the movie 'ET'. Please advise if you can provide and if not, where we could get something that is close to this hinge.

Thanks for posting! We are actually working on adding something similar to this to our catalog. It's a little smaller than yours, but the offset is the same and it just may make your cabinet functional again. I will let you know the moment we've added it to our catalog.
