Need hinges and other plastic parts for my Silverline casement window

Question

Need hinges for left opening top and left opening bottom. The old hinges have # 40887B stamped in the metal and the word Truth also faintly visible.

This looks like our 36-048 to me. Go over the dimensions to confirm it matches what you need.
