Need internal parts and key and cylnder

Of course I saw it once on the net but did not save and or buy it.......so here I am, any ideas?

I'm not sure if this handle or a compatible key is available anymore. Our 82-262 handle set may work as a substitute, but I'm not sure. See how well our measurements match up. I don't think a key lock is still around.
