Need keyed Handle

Question

Customer currently has this but wants ability to lock from outside. Would a 82-086 work ??
Trying to find a keyed unit for pics above.
The through screws match the 82-086

I believe the 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set might be a better option for the repairs. The 82-086 has an offset latch lever, but it looks like the one this door may be centered.

The mortise lock appears to be the 82-226, which is sold separately from the set. The keeper is a visible match for the 89-021 Steel Keeper.
