Need keyed lock handle for Phillips Series 870 sliding patio door

Home Owner from USA
We have a Phillips sliding glass patio door -- it's a "Series 870", "CCMC# 12765-L". It has a
locking door handle with a keyed entry on the outside. The locking mechanism is broken, so I need whatever would be the most appropriate replacement part, whether it's an entirely new handle/lock mechanism, or just the lock itself. Here are some pics and dimensions:

Length from the end of the screw to end of the screw: 4 7/8"
Length of entire silver metal piece: 6"
Door width: 1 1/2"
Length from the end of the screw to end of the screw: 4 7/8"
Length of entire silver metal piece: 6"
Door width: 1 1/2"

I'm not sure what's broken, exactly. Do you mean the inside mortise lock or the key cylinder itself? If you need the mortise lock, see our 82-226. If it's the key cylinder, see our 82-310 instead.

I have the same lockset. I will need the mortise lock, a new inside and outside handle, and a new key cylinder. Basically the entire handle, lock and internal mechanism.

Y'all truly rock and allow me to complete the jobs that others can not complete!

Thanks in advance,

David

Hello, David! Thanks so much for reaching out to us. Assuming your hardware is identical to those shown in the photos above, I recommend our 82-030 handle set, 82-310 key lock, and 82-226 mortise lock. Please make sure to review the dimensions for each product before you buy anything to ensure that everything is in alignment. If they differ in any way, let us know and we can try to find something better for you.
