Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 91-140. This slide bolt set reminds me of the one shown here. We recommend you remove an old one and compare the specifications to see if they match up with ours.
You'll have to inspect your old corners to see if they're damaged or in need of replacing. We have the 95-249 Larson corner key kit but you'll want to review the specifications to see how they compare with the old corners.
