Need latch and keeper

A quick learner from San Diego says:

I have a sliding patio door with lost latch and keeper. The handle is wooden on inside and plastic on outside handle with 2 holes. Maybe 4" from top hole to bottom hole. I think the handle is 7" long.
Info on handle is as follows: Canadian 919213 pat# 3596954. It's difficult to read.

For the handle set, see our 82-020. This handle set works with a number of different mortise locks; without seeing your original its tough to say what you might need exactly, but start by looking at our 82-211 or 82-214. Compare their hole spacing and overall size, and see if you think one of these might match what you need. Let me know what you find.
