Need lip piece of slider from bottom of a window

The lip on the black piece (#1) is bent and doesn't stay in the channel on piece #2. I think I just need part #1 and its attachment to the window (also not sure how to replace it other than removing entire window...)

That black piece isn't sold by itself, unfortunately. You need an all new hinge. I recommend the 36-048. This should work well for you as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time. The video below will go into more detail.
