Need little black piece

Home Owner from Toms River NJ
Only information I can seem to find is the crank handles say thermal gard. This black piece broke and I am unsure if it can be replaced.

Thanks for getting back to us. This black piece appears to be the slider on your hinge assembly. The bad news is that these aren't sold separately by any manufacturer or supplier; if yours has broken, then you need an all new hinge assembly.

The good news is that we carry a wide selection of hinges and I'm very confident that one of ours can repair your window. You can see our full selection here. In order to narrow it down further, I would require a clear shot of the entire hinge assembly. I'll also need you to measure the length of the base track and tell me what you get.

Thank you so much for the help! Here is the assembly. The bottom track is 11.375.

Thank you! This photo is a huge help.

So, we don't sell anything with a base track in that size, but I think our 10" will be sufficient. See our 36-048. Just make sure that you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time; you never want to mix old and new hinges, otherwise the window won't have a symmetrical operation.

I'll share a video below that shows you how our hardware installs. You should expect having to drill new screw holes in case your old holes don't line up, though this may not end up being necessary; just something to prepare for.
