Need lock receiver

A quick learner from NY says:
November 19, 2014
Sliding door is from mid 1980's. Removed the receiver with pin in 90's to accommodate a doggie door. Dog is gone. Misplaced lock receiver. Can you please direct me to purchase a new receiver... Numbers on lock are 7700-14 and 2573558.
I've always and only by Anderson.
