Need lock set

I just moved in to this house. I'm trying to find a lock set that fits this door. Would you be able to tell why I need based on the pictures? Thank you for your help.

You may be able to use a 3-15/16" handle set like our 82-035 but I can't quite tell what kind of mortise lock you could use from your photo. Could we see a clear image of the entire cut out in your first photo where the mortise lock would go? That might help us narrow down your options. Thank you!
