Will you foldable crank work on 20 year old Loewen windows?

Yes, I believe the 39-107FK should work for this operator, since it has a centered spline. Just make sure the spline is 11/32" in diameter; it certainly looks like it is to my eyes, but it doesn't hurt to check.
