Sir
Can you identify the model number of this window I am trying to find parts for, the lock and the lower right hand corner of the glass say Alcoa?
The window measures 22 wide x 57 tall, they are tilt out style?
Thanks
Need model number

I'm afraid I can't identify the model number of the window based on these images, but I think I can identify some of your parts. See our 26-243 and 26-244 top tilt latches, our 15-015 pivot lock shoe and our Series 600 (5/8" diameter) tilt balance. Do any of these parts match? Not so sure about the lock, but if you were to take a picture of it from the top-down, and also give me the distance between the hole centers, I could recommend something for that, as well.

This is my second set of pictures
This is additional pictures of the windows I am trying to ID.
The locks and the glass both have the name Alcoa written on them, the windows are white vinyl, and fold outs to clean.
On both sides of the windows in the channel section they have a white plastic tubing that is old and breaking to the touch, it appears inside the white tubing is a metal spiral tube?
Some of the windows when raised do not stay up very well, like there is a spring broke inside?
Thanks

I'm sorry, but I don't see the picture I requested among your other photos. I'm afraid I cannot identify your lock without that information. Did you also examine the hardware I recommended? Do they match up to your own parts? It's important that you carefully compare the dimensions we show to your parts. That is the only way for you to know for sure that they match.
If the windows don't stay up when raised, then the balance is likely the problem, yes.
