Need more help than photos

Question

I will send you more photos of some very old windows that need replacement parts. Is there anyway that once I get to the location I can FaceTime with someone and they can ask me details of what I need to find the correct parts? I will make an appointment at the location and setup a time that I could call you when I arrive there. Thank you.
