Need new Balances and ends....

I finally found a channel balance that is 12 inched with your Series 351. I have a 1/2 inch wide channel that is 5/8 inch deep and 12 inches long. The imprint stamped (1110 and B.S.I. imprinted on it). Looks like what I need but I really can't match up the bottom end exactly? I assume one of yours is the replacement for it? (see picture attached).

I'm not sure if the one side is just worn or different than your pics? House was built in 1988 and these are single hung, non tilt, windows. I need 4 of the 1/2 inch and I need 2 of the 18 inch (stamped 1710 B.S.I.) Can you please help identify the ends so I order the correct ones...
