Can you help me identify which channel balance replacement parts and top sash I need for my windows? The length of the balance is 28"

Thanks for your post! Your window balance has a wingless top guide and a winged bottom shoe like the Series 350 Channel Balance. Since yours has a length of 28", you'll need the S350-28.

You can select the 2730 stamp option.

And which Top Sash would I need?

I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to identify the top sash guide you need based on the balance you have. I'll need to see a front and side profile view of an undamaged (or complete) guide to determine the best possible replacement.
