I have a couple of check balances from my window that need replaced. Condo was built in 2004 if that helps.
Stamp on Check Balance says 26 5 IW CMC 11
They are 1/2 inch wide and 28 inches long to include plastic tips on either end.

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
