Take a look and compare the specifications of the 82-227 mortise lock, which is compatible with the 89-020 and 89-021D keepers, to your original hardware. As for your handle set, see the 82-030 with 3-15/16" installation holes and an adjustable thumb latch. Thanks for posting!
