Need new Rollers in Illinois

I removed this assembly from a working door. Yes it is rusty but it works. I looked on the website but I could not find an exact match. Can you please review the photos and let me know which assembly will work.

Has some markings on it

Hey, Bill. Take a look at our 81-093. The screw tab on the back isn't straight like yours, but it may still work. I would just go over our dimensions to confirm that they're the same.
