Need new Tilt Latch for old window

Question

Looking for a tilt latch for windows that are 20 years old but in good condition. Latch is 2 1/2" x 7/8" x 5/16", with hole centers at 1 3/8" and with one hole right at the end away from the window frame.

Take a look at our 26-477. This looks awfully close to your part. Do you think this can be used as a replacement?
