Need new adjustable rollers

Question

Hi, I just purchased these mirror, closet doors, and with the track and the wheels they are slightly too tall.

I am unable to adjust these wheels at all. The screw on the side looks to hold the vertical support frame and has nothing to do with the wheels.

Do you have rollers that I could put on here that would be adjustable thank you. These doors are very, very heavy.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we have no way of knowing if anything that we can supply would work with your roller still installed. Rollers like this tend to be pretty specific so I can't guarantee we could supply an adjustable replacement. If you could get back to us with photos of your roller fully removed from the door, along with written-out dimensions, we can go from there. Thank you.
