Need new balance

Went to change window out w a new on-balance broke. Need new ones- this is the stamp. Do I need to replace both sides?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see both ends of an undamaged balance fully removed from the window, along with the clip at the end of the pulley cord, to compare to our inventory. We also strongly recommend replacing both balances at the same time since replacing one can cause damage to the balances or the window itself. Thank you!
