Need new balance

We should be able to supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. There should be a stamp code on the metal channel. If not, I would recommend checking the balance on the other side of the window. We'll also need to see the clip at the end of the pulley cord to confirm the correct replacement. Please confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two. 

I also want to point out the the balance shown in your photos is upside down. See the video below showing how non-tilt window balances should be installed. Thank you. 

I was able to merge your second post to this thread but the pulley clip used for installation is not visible, which we would need to see to identify your balances. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need. 

As for the take-out clip, we can't be sure with yours still installed but it looks like you might have a version of the 16-03A. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to yours.
