Need new balance

Question

Hi,
my left balance string and plastic end piece both broke. The metal piece is 27" long, 1/2" wide, and the window weighs 17 pounds. Can you please confirm which balance is the right one to order?

Hello there. This looks like either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2640.
