Need new balance shoes

Our balance shoes in our Window World double sash windows are breaking. I've attached a picture so you can advise about the correct part to purchase. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for writing in to us! We do not carry an exact replacement for your existing coil assembly but there is a good chance we can supply you with a suitable alternative.

I'll need to see a photo of the assembly removed from the window to determine the best possible replacement solution. I'll also need to see a photo of the compatible pivot bar (installed at the bottom corners of the sash) and I'll need to know the stamps/markings on the metal coil.
