Need new balance spring assemblies

Question

These assemblies are 26" long not including the plastic ends. The only identification I can find on the metal channel says "25 4 CALDWELL GM".

Welcome to SWISCO. Let's have you start with taking a look at our S385-26 channel balance. You want to confirm that your bottom balance shoe is 1-3/32" in depth. Look at the illustration below on how to properly measure the depth of your bottom shoe. If this balance is a match, then you can go with the 2540 option that holds a sash weight of 19-25 pounds.
