Hey there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S351-21 and S390-21 channel balances. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to determine the best match.

Would it be possible for us to see the stamp printed on the back of the metal channel?

Hi thank you. I ordered th 351 but I think I will need the 390 as the plastic is 1" 1/8. Wow they make them that small or increments different. Bummer.

I called your company. My previous order had not been shipped so they canceled it, and I ordered the 390–21, option 2020. Hoping that will be perfect. Thank you for getting back to me, would have never known there was a 1/8 difference on that.
