Need new balances.

The 30" part no longer recoils as it should. In one of the photos there is a number I think it's 2240. I also need the clips(pictured) that screw into the sash that pulls the balance back down.

We believe you have a Norandex window that may be able to use our S380-30 channel balance with a 1" bottom balance shoe depth. You want to go with the 2920 option. As for the top sash guides, our 18-161 is worth considering.
