Need new balances

Question

I am repairing an old house where nearly all the window balances have failed. These pictures are of the most common type. There are two per window. Do you have replacement parts? How much are they and how much will it cost to deliver them?

Hello! We can supply this balance, but only as a custom order. What you have here is called an "extended travel" channel balance, named after its unique configuration. You'll note that the bottom fitting has the pulley wheel built into it, which is one of many design features that set it apart from more common assemblies.

Thankfully your photos tell us just about everything we need to get started, but I still require a few more details. To start, can you show me a clear photo of the metal clip or hook at the end of the cord? Can you also verify the length of the metal channel? It should be 23-5/8". Lastly, how many did you want to purchase? Being custom, we will require an exact count.
