No markings on old balance about 1940 construction
Need new balances brace riveted on 9/16 wide 24 7/8 long

Hi, Steve.
Take a look at our S500-25 5/8" diameter spiral balance along with the 17-012 bracket which is sold separately. Look these parts over and see what you think. You'll just need to weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart under the product description on the S500-25 product page to determine the correct color tip option.
