Need new casement operator and crank handle?

Hi! My Truth casement operator and crank have come apart. The handle just fell out one day, it appears broken. The handle no longer opens or closes the window as it does not engage the gears. Does this mean I need to replace both parts or just the handle? The casement operator cover says Truth, which leads me to believe the operator itself is also truth brand. The arm operator has the numbers 3272 and is entrygard brand. The last photo included is the other, operational window for reference.
what parts do I need to order and replace? And which of your parts correspond to my broken ones?

Hello!

Your operator assembly is stripped, so you'll need to replace it. Take a look at the 39-381. This resembles your old operator, but it looks like your link arm has an offset that our part lacks. We can't promise a good fit, but this would be the best we can offer.

Please review the specifications and compare them with your old assembly to see what you think.
