Need two new channel balances. Hopefully the pictures help you identify the size and ends needed.
I don't have a way to weigh the window. It is 46"W x 34"H. Easily 30+lbs.

We should be able to replace this. Can you confirm the length of the metal channel? Based on your stamp, it should be 33". 32-13/16" is weird, I've never seen that length even for custom balances.
As for the Series, it's either our Series 380 or Series 385, depending on the size of the bottom shoe.
