Looking to replace as on has failed. Need to know correct replacement part. Windows are Millgard

Hello there. This looks like either a S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the measurement from heel to toe. See the illustration below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case for a new stamp option go with 2350.
